Hosting
Your site runs on our server, on your domain. Fast, with a proper certificate, and the bill for it is inside the monthly. There is no hosting invoice on top.
Updates
WordPress, the theme and the plugins get updated on a schedule, then we look at the site to make sure nothing moved. An update that breaks something is our problem to fix, not yours.
Backups
Every night, the site and its database are copied off the server it runs on. If something goes badly wrong, we put it back the way it was. Ask for a copy any time; it's yours.
Uptime watching
The site is checked around the clock. If it stops answering, we hear about it and go look. You shouldn't be the one who finds out from a customer.
Fixes
Something that used to work stops working: a form that won't send, a page that errors, a broken layout after an update. Fixing it is included. New features and redesigns are quoted separately.
One content change a month
Send the new hours, the new price, the photo, the paragraph. We make the change and tell you when it's live. Unused changes don't roll over.

Do I have to move my site to you?
Yes, hosting is part of the plan, and we do the move. We copy the site over, check it, then point the domain. Your visitors don't notice.
What counts as a fix, and what doesn't?
A fix is something that used to work and stopped: a form, a page, a layout, a login. That's included. A new page, a new feature, a redesign, or a change to how something works is new work, and we quote it before starting.
What is "one content change"?
One request, done once: new hours, a price change, a swapped photo, a rewritten paragraph, a new team member on the About page. Send it by text or email. If a request is really several changes, we'll say so and quote the rest.
Is it only WordPress?
Mostly. WordPress is what we host and keep updated. If your site is something else, ask; the answer is usually yes for hosting and backups, and we'll be honest about the rest.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain, the site, the content, the backups. Cancel and we hand you a full copy.
What happens if I cancel?
You get a full backup of the site and database. The site stays up through the end of the month you've paid for, then it's yours to host wherever you like.
